"I cannot begin to tell you how AWFUL this Dr office is. It is not the physician, Dr Caruso is great. However, not only are the members of office staff and para-physicians rude, unkind and unhelpful, they close their office with no answering service and no messages accepted during a week when patients are having a procedure. Sure, we can call 911 for emergencies, but what about other questions "this prep makes me vomit," "I have a minor side effect," "I have a dosing question..." Who is going to the Emergency Department for this? Not me and that is not what the ED is for anyway. Besides co-pay for emergency care, I would be taking up space for a true emergency. I finally got a call from Angie, with her fake nice voice.... AWFUL!!!!"

"Dr. Wiggins and Dr. Wilkinson are the best in their field. They have taken care of me through many ERCP's needed for my Bile Duct Problems. I could have not had a better 2 doctors taking care of me in my lifetime."

"I had my EGD and colonoscopy done at Seaside Endoscopy Center by Dr. Heather Barton. I love that she is very thorough and professional. She is compassionate and puts patient’s needs first. The staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend this practice!!!"

I called to make a new patient appointment and they transferred me asked me why I wanted to make in an appointment in Lewes a county over from mine. My mind was thinking for excellent care was my thought process. I have insurance. So if this is how they treat there patients. I'm glad to not even bother. Go to a more professional doctor. If the office doesn't fix this staff problem. They wont have to worry about ratings for long. After the other review s I've seen. I know I'm not the only one. I'll be in touch with my insurance provider about my horrible experience after thry recommend I try calling this place. Ive had a very bad flare up of pain. This actually made me cry how they treated me. I can't imagine how they run a practice without these core principal's on how to treat people. When a person asks for help from a Doctor it's usually because it's necessary or overdue. Not because my name was to long to spell. Felt discriminated."

"I've been coming here for about 10, 11 years. Dr. Caruso is great. The problem is though that I'm trying to make a very long overdue appt (haven't been seen in 2-3 years), and I can't get through. I've been trying to call the last 20 minutes or so and I keep getting a busy signal. I thought maybe it was just my house phone, so I tried with my cell phone. Kept saying the number could not be completed as dialed. I need to make an appt. And I'm afraid to say "oh I'll just try tomorrow" and I'll forget as always. I wish there was a second phone number to reach them at."
