"Mid December 2021. Emergency room visit by ambulance from Annapolis for 86 year old mother. Mother needed someone with her and access to her was denied. Covid policy at the time had changed to allow one person. Staff incorrectly said it was not allowed. When I got back to mother she was in extreme need of the rest room. No one had offered to assist her to use it. An X-ray was done on an arm I specifically said was painful due to arthritis freezing the shoulder and not to X-ray. Her fall had been witnessed and that side was NO5 of concern. Horrible customer service. Security guards and staff at ER front desk extremely rude. Medical care horrible except for the doctor. Called next day to report specific concerns to patient liaison. A report was made but NEVER any return call. Never any follow up. Does ANYONE. KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ARE DOING THERE? Do not recommend going here for care."

"Yes,they reported my bill unpaid for years,but,they never sent me a bill!! Nor did they try to call intact me.They did send a I'll to the VA, be not me,and they paid it.Now let's see if they report that payment. Why does the doctor bill separately anyway? Emergency services are overpriced and inadequate.They didn't have an MRI machine,only did x-rays,and that showed nothing. So,we pay for useless x-rays,then pay again for MRIs elsewhere."

"Just got a call from trans world about my delinquent account with eastern shore emergency medicine. I've never been to this place. Never even heard of them until today."

"Don't let the ambulance take you to this place. High rate of nosocomial infections. I had surgery here and got a site infection. I paid my bill and its still on my credit report as a bad debt. Run away!"
