"I made one appointment for my child. The child did not like the clinician. After the appointment I got an email that the clinician had scheduled two additional sessions without our consent. I went online to cancel them. The next day I received an email that my child was scheduled for an appointment in a month. Again, I had not schedule any additional appointments. When I called to cancel I was told she was scheduled through July! Six months of appointments. Then I was told that they would not charge me the cancellation fees for the appointments. I did not schedule any appointments. I tried to post this from their website and kept being told there was an an error."
