"i've been going to this particular jiffy lube for many years and through many cars. i have tried other jiffy lubes but i hated them and worried about the service and the qualify of the work. i drive an old truck, it was a top of the line Cadillac in its day but twenty years later, its just an old GM truck and i appreciate a mechanic that treats it as an old truck. replacing every part in this vehicle will not make it a new truck, it will just bleed me dry. this particular jiffy lube is honest and always has been."

"This Jiffy Lube gets zero stars from me, but it forced me to click a star to leave the review. My daughter went to get an oil change during lunch. She drove about a mile down the road after the oil change and her engine blew. We had to call AAA to tow the car back to Jiffy Lube. The tow truck driver looked at the engine and said "They didn't put the oil filter on all the way". It destroyed her engine. They've had her car now for about two weeks. They never call her to give her an update. She has to call them. She finally submitted a claim with corporate and hasn't heard anything from them after 72 hours, either. I realize mistakes happen, but when they do, it's time to take responsibility and resolve the issue. I hope someone steps up soon. UPDATE: I changed from one star to 4 stars. About an hour after I posted this review, my daughter got a call. They are replacing her engine and sending her a check to cover the cost, plus a little extra. THANK YOU, Jiffy Lube, for stepping up and resolving this issue for my daughter! We just wanted someone to be responsive."
