"I have a 2021 Rogue with 18,500 miles and it wouldn’t start. Since it was under warranty, had it towed to the Pohanka Nissan Salisbury MD dealer that I purchased it from. Spoke to service and asked when it would be looked at and was informed on Thursday that it wouldn’t be until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I explained the need for transportation for work and asked for a loaner. Unfortunately, none available and there was a rental service on site. Obviously, I was extremely upset. Why would I need to pay for a loaner when the issue is under warranty. I understand that it is manufacturer issue and not the dealer but still a Nissan responsibility to help the customer. I spoke to a Josh in service and explained my issue. Thanks to him the car was serviced late Friday and completed on Saturday. The issue: replace battery. Since there was a recall, they also handled that. Overall, satisfied but the loaner policy should be changed. Thank you"
