"Take a brake line to NAPA to get a replacement. Salesman stated no problem out shop can have a new one bent just like the old one today. We will call you when it is done. No call as of 4:52pm. I called and they said oh sorry the shop got backed up. It will be done tomorrow. NAPA does it again. If your not one of the regulars, they definitely treat you differently."

"Head salesman was unquestionably someone who knew his parts. For what they stock, this place is a swell alternative to the big box stores, I.e. AutoZone/advance auto. I personally can't stand AutoZone because they hire just about anybody! People who have no experience or parts knowledge whatsoever. So yes, I'd go to them to avoid the zombie type service you get at AutoZone."
