"First, the lady up front (I think her name is Andrea) is very kind and nice and I do appreciate her. But if you want your car done quick and correct, DONT GO HERE. They didn’t take my car till a month after the accident, and kept it for 5 months. I didn’t have much damage. It was constant excuses on why it wasn’t done, someone called out, someone is sick, I’m short a mechanic, someone on vacation, part didn’t come in. Oh, it will be done in 2 weeks then 4 weeks and so on!!! Then, they had the audacity to be annoyed I was away on a work trip when they finally fixed it and had to hold it for 2 extra days. When I got it back, there was 21 miles till e, it had 380 miles when I gave it to them. Grease on the inside of the door handle annd my alarm to lock And it’s been almost a year and my alarm to lock and unlock my car didn’t work. Still doesn’t work. It worked prior when we loaded the car on the tow truck cause I locked it. When I told them about it a week after getting it back “oh well bring it back in and when we get a chance we can try to see what’s wrong with it, it may take a up to 3 weeks” I don’t know if they thought vacuuming it and making it clean would make up for them pushing the dates back and back but over all just not a good place to bring a car to. Don’t go here."

"This place is very unprofessional, they had my car for almost 2 months, every day was all types of excuses why my car wasn’t done. I exceeded my rental tru my insurance and had to pay out of pocket. They didn’t even an accommodate me for there issues they had going on there. The owner is very disrespectful to people and always getting smart. That’s not a way to conduct business. I go to pick my car up and there is no gas in my vehicle, it was reading 0 I was scared to move it and they did not want to put a lil gas in it so I could make it to a gas station. All the guys that works out there was disrespectful as well, that’s no way to conduct a business. They wanted my $500 deductible though and telling me to bring cash. Smh I would NOT recommend going there at all…."

"I gave them my car originally in November of 2022, and at first they made huge promises to fix it quickly, then decided that since the work was not necessary to drive the vehicle, we agreed it was not urgent. Fast forward to February of 2023, I begin to inquire when work will be done. Damage was to front passenger quarter panel. I get many excuses, the chick who works there tells me tmi, and then says that "even her car" can't be done until June. Like this all matters to me. FINALLY they tell me they can do the work, say it'll be done in "less than a day" (so easy to repair!) So I say I'll be in on Monday. Oh no she tells me: they don't do work on Monday or Friday(???) They end up keeping it for 3 days, then, first thing when I go to pick it up, they immediately have me sign a form that I won't sue them(?!) Which I wish I requested a copy. I drive off, with hope and belief they did the work properly. The car looked ok, from the top and exterior. A few days later, the entire work that was done crumbles apart. The messy bunch of plastic, including the fog lamp, were all dangling out, clearly not repaired, only shoved back in to appear as fixed. I did notice that when I received the car, it looks like the fog lamp wasn't correct and also that the passenger headlight was not working properly. I decided to just ignore it because I need my vehicle to do the job I do everyday. When I took my vehicle back to the place, they immediately said that it was damaged because of something else and not a result of the poor workmanship that they did. The female that works there told me that basically the thing is kept together with plastic Clips which she agreed were about as useful as bubblegum, and that if the car ever touches anything it will fall apart and that's what happened here the car must have touched something or something touched the car and it completely came undone. There are large pieces of plastic that are just torn apart under my vehicle in such a way that no damage could have been done to match what must have happened in their lack of proper work on my vehicle. After all this time and all this money out of my pocket I'm extremely disappointed with the work and the service of this company. Do not recommend"

"4 hours from home and found a nail in my horse trailer tire. They fixed it in 5 minutes, checked my other tires and sent me on my way. So nice! Thank you"

"My 2009 Prius had dozens of ding marks from the different stones, pebbles and other objects from the highway and trucks over 11 years. I finally had time to have the work done. They took many pictures of my car, especially the problem areas. They explained how the hood paint was peeling, and showed where rust was beginning to occur. They gave me a quote with the details of the procedure. I found a date to drop it off. I picked it up today. April 15, 2020. The paint is perfect factory match. Amazing impeccable work. This was done in spite of some of their suppliers having limited hours. I highly recommend their work."
