"Worst service EVER! I called at 3:52am because my 4 year old was in so much pain. We are visiting from out of town. Google had them listed as 24 hours. The women I spoke to named Shannon was incredibly rude and didn’t not want to assist me at all. She could hear how much pain my child was in through the phone because he was screaming so loudly. I explained to her his symptoms and that we needed help now and I was told that the office would be closed tomorrow for memorial day. No problem! Since we are visiting I asked if she knew of another facility that could help us. I was told by Shannon that because we were not existing patients that she couldn’t even tell us where to go. I couldn’t recommend this place and I’m not sure why they’re in the “care” business if the person needing care aren’t the number 1 priority. Run away from this “business” I’m deeply disappointed. Maybe find a place where they actually want to help you. That shouldn’t be a rarity."
