"**Update** Reducing to one star. I tried reaching out to the person I worked with about my experience and he hasn’t responded. That’s a poor reflection customer service. Subpar experience. I was excited about using them cause I had seen the owner’s car before. I had a hard time finding the place because I don’t really know the area and no one tells you that it’s in what looks like the back of a truck depot or warehouse. One of the guys met me in a nearby shopping center to have me follow him. He was running yellow lights, speeding and moving recklessly as if I wasn’t right behind him. Got the car tinted and three days later came across all these spots where it didn’t dry correctly. My front driver tint was off by nearly a half an inch. Brought it back and they redid it and it’s better, but I still have two windows that aren’t flush and spots even after the curing period. I even pointed one of the windows out before I left, and I was assured that it was fine. Also I noticed a dent on my roof that wasn’t there before. I had only had the car for two weeks at that point! So I won’t be doing that again."
