"Me and my 4 other siblings went to doctor Daniel for our entire childhood. I called yesterday to see if I could receive records. The woman I spoke with said yes. But I couldn't make it. So I tried going today. As I'm parking a Spanish lady (I assume) makes eye contact with me. She darts inside. I'm a bit confused. I got to the door. It's locked I'm more confused. So I call, the calls are being ignored. Then I read the sign that says lunch between 12-1. She was just standing outside leaning on the door. She could have told me that they were closed at the moment due to lunch. That was one of the most rudest things I've ever experienced."
