"I find the people who answer the phone absolutely RUDE! My daughter left 3 messages and they never called back. Then she called again, and they hung up on her, then I called requesting and appointment for my grandson and the guy hung up on me! Obviously, someone needs to do a better job and training the staff and having the ability to answer phones and not hang up on people. Maybe hire a new office manager who treat people with respect and demand it from the staff!"

"My experience at this hospital has not been the best. Took my dad to the emergency room back on April the nurse at the triage very polite when they took my dad to the back since he had symptoms of covid he was place on a isolated room which is understandable. After waiting to be seen I told the nurse that he need the use the bathroom and in a very rude way she said close the door you need to stay inside the room at this point I got very upset i had it to wait into she felt like providing the item needed for my dad to do his necessity. Very rude with nasty attitude. In the other hand I had been talking my kids to the crozer pediatric which I had an ok experience with the doctor but the front desk and nurse are rude no ethical I’ll definitely be changing my kids to another place they seem not to care. They definitely need to review the personal that they hired because they really doesn’t have any customer service skill. It make you feel they just there for the $."

"Boyfriend went by ambulance for a stroke. 9 hours later still no doctor. The neurologist writing orders for test never even saw him. He was admitted and another Dr came in to say he could go home in the morning. (He couldn't walk) His chart wasn't even looked at before the Dr came in. Dirty rooms. The aisle wouldn't help him to the wheelchair and he fell. She left him on the floor instead of helping him up. Horrible place. We transferred asap."

"One thing I absolutely hate is a nasty receptionist that doesn't hear a word you say, but has time to tell you no no no. Y'all have to understand that humans have feelings. You cannot talk any kind of way to people. Get out of the field if it is too overwhelming for you. I am shocked this place allowed this type of thing to go on for years."

"Terrible service. The women that answer the phone are rude is like you are bothering them when you call to make an Appointment. The phone ran for over a minute then a recording put me on hold for another 4 minutes finally someone picked up just to hand up the phone. The ladies at the front desk are just as rude. They need to make changes asap."
