"Have been waiting 2 weeks for my echocardiogram results. I might be having left threatening heart issues and they are moving at a snails pace. I won't be going back to Crozer for anything again if I ever have an option to not."

"Had an appointment at 8:45 am. Woke up early and drove for 30 minutes to get there on time. Waited 45 minutes and checked in only to have them reschedule my appointment to 3:45 pm that day. So annoyed. Complete disregard for the fact that I work full time and already had a scheduled appointment that fit into my very busy schedule."

"Same complaint as above. I’ve tried four times to schedule a routine mammogram. Ridiculous wait times and no call backs. Main Line Health is much better if you can go out of network."

"Not a nice place. Front desk worker is rude and not wearing a mask. I was almost ten minutes early but she gave the MRI tech permission to take the appointment scheduled 30 minutes after me first because she happened to be there. So now I'm waiting 45 minutes for an appointment I was early for."

"Right now I am so frustrated that I go only 2 stars. I have been holding for 40 minutes just to confirm my appointment location. They do not respect the time of their patients I’ll tell you that much for sure. There are several locations that do MRI but I only have that mine is at 8:30 and no idea which location to go. I surely hope this is not indicative of the type of service that I can expect because I will be switching again. I am new and this is my second interaction. I am not impressed so far."
