"Unprofessional in every single aspects. Numours cancelled my kid appointment twice for various reasons without me making a big deal out of it. The third time I literally got there 15 minute late because of an accident on the highway causing traffic jam and keep in mind I called them to give them a heads up!! So here I am holding my crying toddler with high fever being told he can't be seen today... and when I asked to speak to some one in charge I had the nightmare scenario of Karen M Kelly MD who I quess didn't like me pleading for my kid called the cops on my family!!! Now that I am back from overseas due to work obligations I will follow up with DuPont so what happen that day will never happen again to any worried parent!"
