"Horrible service. Made an appointment for an oil change and warranty brake repair. Was told on the phone I could get a loaner. When I got there they told me they don't have loaners. I got a ride from the shuttle. The service writer called me at 4 pm and told me they didn't get to my truck. When I got there to pick it up I asked what happened and basically they over booked the shop. I had told them when I dropped it off that this is a work truck. It cost allot of money to lose this truck for a day let alone 2"
