"I recently spent $3,800 here and was not completely satisfied. Im one that totally understands things can't be perfect all the time. I let a bunch of things go while dealing with this business and after today's attitude (which i walked out and Tom could've cared less), and after letting another business remove an item ( back up camera) that I didn't want anymore that Audio Jam installed and seeing the quality of work that is performed I'm alarmed. Massive amounts of electrical tape for the exposed wiring under a vehicle isn't acceptable in my book. (see attachment). The scary part is I don't know much about audio, and I wonder what else could be sub-par workmanship. The shop is a war zone, and it reflects on the installation procedures. If you love your car, buyer beware."
