"I discovered an oil leak underneath my vehicle and immediately made an 8am appointment to have a local automotive repair shop assess the issue. This highly reviewed and recommended repair shop had my vehicle for over 7hrs just to inform me that my vehicles “Rear Main Seal, Oil Pan Gasket, and Timing Chain Cover” was leaking and in need of repair. When I asked the mechanic for an estimate on all three repairs he said “That’s a huge job because it’s a 4 wheel drive and unfortunately, we’re not able to help you. We’re also not going to charge you for our services”. I then made an appointment with Cody from ASAP Automotive to discussed my concerns. Cody assured me he’d find the failure and make the correct repairs no matter how involved it became. A few days later my vehicle was dropped off at closing time and secured in the garage for repairs to begin the following morning. Cody sent a text message with repair pictures included later that afternoon to tell me that my vehicle is completed and it was only the “Oil Pan Gasket” that failed. Not only did Cody stay true to his promise, he saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs that other shops would of gladly taken. Thank you ASAP for preventing a possible heart attack!!!
