"Don't go to this shop. The Manager thinks he is sleek. He gave an initial price for an alignment. When I came back to get it done, he jacked up the price MORE than triple.( 400) I said No Thanks and went to another shop on the same Street. Got it done within 45 minutes for 109 bucks!!"

"I made an appointment during store hours to install and balance tires. I was rescheduled once when the techs at the end of the day had other customer ahead of me. The second time, my appointment was set for 2 days later and there were no technicians at the store at all when I showed up early for the appointment. My appointment was set on the Pep Boys website for 6:30pm since it gives me time right after work to get there and check my car in. If they can't fulfil appointments up to the allowed time on the website, it should be allowed to be selected by the customer. I purchased my tires out right, lost the discount for Black Friday that would have come with an installation of these tires since it is required for the discount, and I will not be returning to this location to have tires installed whenever they feel like it. Ariel, the front counter lady, was very kind an accommodating. I just wish she didn't have to be the bearer of bad news."
"Since July my vehicle has been suffering from the horrible service they provide. I had them put on brakes front and back. Come to find out, they were very poor aftermarket parts that cause a squealing sound when you applied break pressure. I recently took my car back to have them check the breaks again, after they insisted my breaks and rotors were fine, hey neglected to bolt down ALL FOUR tires which cause a severe knocking sound. This is when I noticed one of my hub caps was missing. Upon revealing all that I have encountered to management including the poor customer service, he gave his word he would make it right. After a week from not hearing from them, I contacting them. He insisted that the mechanic said my breaks were fine, wanted to test drive with me so he could hear what I was hearing. Advised regardless, your word was that you would replace my breaks, rotors and give me all new hub caps. Needless to say, management told me it was my word against his and the order for my new hub cap was cancelled. Attached you will see where I took the hub cap off to see if the tire was loose and you can see where the lug nuts were loose and one was not even connected. I now have to replace the very poor quality aftermarket brake pads roughly around $310 and spend an additional $125 on the missing hub cap! Would not recommend this place to get your car washed! This is NOT OVER!"
"I had a 10:00 appt. for an oil change. When I dropped the car off, they said it would be done by 12:00. I called at 1:30 to see if the car was ready because I never received a call. I was told that it wasn't done yet and to give them another half hour. I arrived back at Pep Boys at 2:00 and the car still wasn't ready. The manager and the mechanic working on my car were acting a little strange but I didn't think anything of it at the time. I was offered a free oil change because I had to wait so long. I insisted that I at least give them a tip. As soon as I arrived home, I walked around the passengers side of the the car and noticed 2 dents on the top side of the car. The car was new and it was in excellent condition before I brought it there so I knew it had to have happened while in Pep Boys possession. I called right away and brought the car right back. I was told that they didn't know what happened but they would check the video and get back to me. The next morning I went back to Pep Boys and was told that the video showed a tire rack falling on the car. I understand that accidents happen. The biggest disappointment was that not one person said a thing when we picked up the car. They sent us home knowing that our car was damaged while it was at Pep Boys. I know that someone had to have seen and/or heard what happened."
