"Excellent customer service, knowledge, fair pricing, and great work. Had my vehicle there a few times. Last time, had an issue with 5 minutes of leaving the shop. Unlike most people, I knew that not everything that happens is related and the timing is known. Advised them of the issue, towed it back to the shop, and they went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was fixed quickly. Even though the issue was completely unrelated to the work I just had completed, they felt extremely bad that it happened immediately after leaving. A+ Work, A+ Communication, A+ all around. Won’t trust anyone else!"

I brought my Dodge Ram and Mercedes for service. The owner was very honest and even told me to buy another truck because of the amount I would be spending to fix it would be greater than the value of the vehicle. Although the options were greatly appreciated, I believe they look in your best interest. We decided to keep the one we have and we are letting Lou bring it back new.
