"Would give them a 0 if I could! Stopped into this practice to make a new patient appointment as we were in the area. We were ignored by the receptionists until a patient came out of the exam area. At this time she asked the patient if she could help him. He politely pointed to us, the receptionist stated “we do not have any other appointments today” and continued to speak to the gentleman. When he was finished she walked into the office and back to the desk looking at papers. She continued to ignore us and we left. If we need to call to make an appointment, your staff should politely state this. I have never experienced this level of unacceptable rudeness in a medical office."
