"Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Office staff is nonexistent. If you get them to answer phone they have attitudes. I tried to cancel a session 2 hours away from the deadline because I couldn’t get away from my work as a hospice nurse. They said this would occur a $140 fee! So I had to leave work early to make appt. No flexibility no understanding. Requested a call from office manager and never got one. For a girl being treated for anxiety these people really know how to push someone over the edge. Do not go here if you don’t want a headache."
