"Looking for a window regulator. Mr. Edward's sent me a price and picture of a part. I could tell from the picture that it was not correct. He found the correct part at a new price double what it was really worth. I received the part and found it was missing a critical part that was not sent. Then the word games began. As time was becoming critical I decided to just order a new regulator and ask Mr. Edward to refund me 1/2 of what I paid for his useless part. That was the last I heard fom Edwards. No refund. Mr. Edward's is a con man. Hope he has a Merry Christmas on me!"

"Horrible. This place is a scam. They did nothing they said they would do. They told me everything I wanted to hear to make a sale. They didnt follow through with anything they said. They told me they would send me a pic of the fuel tank i purchased through them before they sent it out. They did not. They told me it would be 3-5 days delivered to me. It took over two weeks. The part that arrived was not correct. After much complaining they said they would refund my money and pay for shipping. They refunded my money and now are completely ghosting me and not paying the shipping costs. They dont return phone calls. They hang up on me when I call. They are a shady set up. DO NOT USE THEM. Not trustworthy"

"Mark helped me to find out the right wheel for my car and the price. Then he explained the time needed from order to delivery. Everything went smoothly even though I had to review each step to make sure the wheel was the right one because there were a few departments taking care of this."
