"We went in for an odd tool. The clerk helped us personally as he wasn't quite sure what we were looking for. When he realized what it was he said they didn't have one in the store... But had one brought over from their warehouse by that afternoon. On a weekend to boot. You might pay a little more at a place like this then you would at like AutoZone, but at least you're getting somebody who's knowledgeable and helpful, and you know that they're going to have or be able to get what you need. The guys at AutoZone are useless. And make zero effort."
