"I waited for 5 hours, was charged 109, and didn't get any resolution. My disappointment stems from the lack of service at that place – no drinks provided, and insufficient technical support. In such situations, better service would involve informing customers about the current shortage of staff, providing an estimate of how long they might have to wait for service (in hours), and letting them decide whether to proceed with the service or not. Instead of passing the problem onto the customers, after waiting for 5 hours, I was charged 109 and told that the place couldn't provide service. Who would feel comfortable in such a situation? Your staff shortage is not the customer's problem, and the lack of technical support is not the customer's problem either. After making me wait for 5 hours without resolving the issue, it's audacious to charge for the service. This place is truly unbelievable."

"Helped me out so much! My battery died and they fixed it super quickly and then my credit card didn’t work and they helped me get a pep boys card so I could pay for my service. They made me so comfortable and didn’t judge me on anything! I totally recommend them! Great service and great helpful people!"

"Surprisingly good experience! I had 4 new tires put on. I waited about 2 hrs. while they completed the work. Not too bad. Made an appointment online for 11 am the afternoon before & when I got there the person behind the service desk requested I call next time for an appointment as he can get backed up. This way he can ensure my car is done in a reasonable amount of time. Fine by me but Corporate should not have appointment times online if this is the case. The gentleman was friendly and kept me informed of all work done. All-in-all it was a good experience."
