"I have always went to get my car done at the dealership. I am a creature of habit, and going to a new place is a different level of anxiety, I looked at the reviews & decided to give them a try. I am glad I did, everyone was helpful & I was able to get a ride to & from my home. They communicated properly when my vehicle was done. They explained thoroughly what was done on my vehicle & put in chronological order on what is needed to get done next. Also check their website for some specials they offer. "I highly recommend Fred Drake's Automotive for your car/truck repair needs. I was stranded right before the William J. Roth bridge toll plaza on Rte. 1N. I am so thankful my insurance paid to tow me to Fred Drake's Automotive. I got there just before closing. The owner Fred Drake stayed with me while I arranged for a car to pick me up. He even allowed me to use a shop desk chair outside while I waited for my uber. My car is running great now due to the expertise of the mechanics there. Customer service and communication was great. I would go there again for service and/or repairs."
