"I ordered a get well bouquet online after business hours for a relative in the hospital. Being in a different state with a 6 hour time difference, I put all of my trust in their services and was not disappointed. Delivery was prompt and the flowers selected were beautiful. I woke up to find the delivery was already being made! The florist has a keen eye for beauty and is also very thoughtful. I noted my aunt's favorite color and it was included in multiple types of flowers, the balloon, and a bow. My aunt loved it. I'd recommend them to anyone, and am grateful for their gorgeous flowers and fantastic service!"

"Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day online. I get a phone call stating that the 2 dozen I had ordered could not be completed for that price. The gentleman told me that it would be over $200 for what I wanted when the site stated $128. He said he could do 1 dozen for that price. I told him that I ordered what was on the site and it should be honored to which he replied “it hasn’t been processed yet”. I told him to cancel it and hung up. You don’t gouge prices like that. If you’re going to raise ur prices do it on your website to. This company sucks at customer service and I will make sure everyone knows."
