"Our family celebrated a special event at our home. We asked Parvins Mill for fall themed flowers, provided photos with color samples and received gorgeous arrangements! They were helpful from start to finish and meeting our needs."

"My boyfriend order Mother's Day flowers and didn't come until after 9:45PM of that day cause I kept checking until 9:30PM. He called them and the worst was the lack of etiquette and customers service skills from the owner was sad. The owner called me with an instant snarky attitude and said to me whoever order my flower's tell him to order from somebody else. After I told her when I last checked my door and they never knocked and left them behind a bush, she told me you should be in my shoes when she has a lot to do and dealing with her worker's. Then on top of that it was the wrong flower's he didn't order what they brought to my house. That's a business and if she can't handle it maybe she needs to get out of it cause her attitude was not business like so I will make sure not to order from her AGAIN."

"Ordered an arrangement for my mother for mother's day. The arrangement itself was not entirely what was pictured & had some flowers falling off. The worst part was the lack of etiquette and customers service skills from the owner. I called to make sure the arrangement would be done in time for same day. Because the time online states they close at 1 PM on Saturdays. Instant snarky attitude & didn't improve during the duration of the call. Will be taking my business elsewhere"
