Lifestance absolutely is untrustworthy when it comes to handling their billing and benefits. Please use caution if you need to use them for some reason and DONT put your payment info on file. My story is a cautionary tale: I noticed a pretty significant issue with how I was getting billed, I called in 4 times and was on hold for a combined 2.5 hours only to have nobody help me. Despite jumping through hoops to prove my insurance hadn’t changed I was talked down to multiple times and was never given an answer even after it was resolved."
