My story is a cautionary tale: I noticed a pretty significant issue with how I was getting billed, I called in 4 times and was on hold for a combined 2.5 hours only to have nobody help me. Despite jumping through hoops to prove my insurance hadn’t changed I was talked down to multiple times and was never given an answer even after it was resolved."
