"What an experience. Had to replace a head light for 2013 Nissan juke. Nicky was quick to help me pick out the right bulb and proceeded to try and help me install it. It was tough going, but she wouldn't give up. Soon she was joined by Hakeem and the manager Carlos. This old stubborn head light wasn't giving an inch. The team wouldn't quit. They were finally successful and replaced it. They don't know what they have done for me. I was on my way to see my long lost father in New Jersey, just couldn't risk it driving so late at night and winter conditions was gonna be a problem. The trip was gonna have to wait. But, because of their wouldn't give up, now I can head out tonight to reunite with long awaited family members. It's my own Christmas miracle 2023. And it's my birthday today.
