"Disappointed is the nicest thing I can think of . Scratched dash , broken dash kit , hissing from radio , missing screws and bolts , drill holes in the wrong places covered by stickers , underpowered amp , amp racks thrown together , door panels loose, the grill was hanging on by a thread with the wrong bolts and to top it off they had my vehicle for 2.5 months . Oh and the battery was dead as could be . I had to immediately buy a new one . I Spent $1800 on backyard work at best . It wasn’t a total regret . Elliot is a great guy . Easy to talk to and he fiberglassed a custom fit sub enclosure that you can be proud to show off . But a good personality and sub enclosure aren’t enough to ever go back . I also asked them to vinyl wrap the roof and vents and they didn’t .. IMO , Elliot takes on more work then can be handled by three people . Most likely my mistake paying almost in full up front . If you want something quick and easy like tint or a radio install you can’t go wrong going here , but don’t bring a large project. Hate to leave a negative review, but"

"When I lived in the state of Delaware (2009-2015) I went to Defiant Audio many, many times for various things. From window tint, to remote start, to custom stereo purchases and installs, car shows, and even black Friday sales where I'd go there late at night just to hang out and see if I could learn anything from listening to conversations they would have with customers or even talking with Elliot myself. ... You name it, they can do it. I've had a lot of experience with this shop and the owner. Every time I would go there, I was confident in the work, and the product I was getting. Anything you need, from a stereo purchase to a full custom vehicle, this is the place to take your vehicle. Don't be afraid to ask Elliot questions. He will always give you a better understanding of what the job you're asking him to do entails."
