"I strongly do NOT recommend their services. Patient abandonment, lack of communication, patient ethics and lack of ownership for their poor patient care. If you can’t properly take care of patients than close or reduce the case load! That would be better for the community than to cause more harm and damage to patients needing care. Considering this is a business for patients struggling with mental health you would think they would be community leaders in mental health and understanding the challenges and damage they can do by providing poor care. My experience was so terrible, it caused more trauma that my new clinicians have to deal with such as fear of abandonment. I will be following up and filing a compliant with the appropriate state agencies. My new clinicians even agreed what took place was unprofessional and terrible patient care. I hope they do better for other patients or lower their case loads to provide proper care or close if it’s too much! If not, their actions could cause more harm that could lead to severe complications or even someone’s death! This review took me a while to decide to write but after further thought, I felt it was needed as I genuinely do not want other patients to have the same experience. Mental health matters and the care is crucial to being able to survive each day."

"You ever wait over a month for intake with no communication from a doctor despite reaching out multiple times (personally and through my referring doctor) and then have them tell you there is not a spot. That’s bodhi. Assuming they’re too overwhelmed to properly run a business."
