"Horrible customer service. I hope you don’t need serious mental help because they could care less. I waited 2 weeks to receive a call back to schedule. Finally got scheduled only for them to not come through with my virtual appointment. I called them twice half hour before the appointment spoke to them telling them i never received the link and then they marked me down as a no show. Then they wouldn’t even reschedule me for their mishap no sorry or anything just sent me to a voicemail."

"Hard to get ahold of and my therapist after two years droped me bc I broke my leg and couldnt get up the stairs so I had to cancel some appts. Then they said they would just put me with a new therapist, like no ive been working with this one for 2 years I dont just want to be thrown with another one. "The only helpful person in the entire practice is the manager of patient services. Everyone else working there is utterly useless. They don't answer calls unless you spam them like 15 times, and medications refills are always late. Also, their psychiatrists only work once a week, so if you don't stalk their work schedules your won't get your medication on time. Their care is so bad that they triggered a rage attack in me yesterday, and I haven't had one of those since I went to prison. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They're lucky I can't afford to sue them for malpractice."

"This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. First, i was expecting to go in and sit with someone face to face. No one ever told me that I'd be directed to sit at a table with a monitor on it, in an empty room and have a really poorly connected video call appt. I could have saved fuel and done that from my sofa! So impersonal for someone looking for help. About half of my 45 min appt was spent asking the doctor to repeat herself because it was cutting in and out. At the end i'm told that she wanted me to talk to another doctor. She was supposed to check to make sure he was in my network and call me back to let me know i can make an appt. Its been over a month now and I've called every Friday since, to get things moving and I am STILL waiting! Spoke to the desk today and was told "it's not up to the doc to make your appt for you!" Very ignorant girl! She didn't understand what I was saying but didn't want to be quiet long enough to hear an explanation. Unbelieveable!"
