The facility's Waiting Room was spacious, and everything was spotless. The Nursing Staff and the Doctor that examined me were all very thorough, caring and Professional. "Went there for serious sprain of two fingers, possibly a fracture. The “Provider” was of no help at all. I had to ask her if she could do something to help with pain and she looked at me like I was asking for surgery! And then she does this! Thanks for the “tape job”! She said she doesn’t “think” I have any fractures BUT after “someone” else looks at the xray, if they see anything, they will call me. What!?!? I walked out of there in more pain and full of questions then I came in. I went to CVS, bought a splint and did the job myself. Never will go there again. Now I know why it’s always empty."
