"The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I walked out of an appointment with their nurse practioner after she yelled at me during a follow up appointment. When I saw the physician, he told me that she hadn't done anything wrong. Their staff has always been kind but the doctors don't seem to care."

"I've been trying to call for three weeks to schedule an appointment for my mother who I have to move into assisted living. Out of the dozen times that I've called, I reached a live person only twice - both told me the system was down and appointments couldn't be scheduled. Absolutely ridiculous for patients such as my mother who can no longer live on their own. As a caretaker, I would not recommend. Please find yourself an office that is responsive and cares about their patients."

"Impossible to get in contact with the office. They're never busy in person - yet they can't answer the phone. I'm in desperate need of a daily prescription refill but have gone days without taking because I cannot get through to the office. This has happened the last several times I've needed a refill. I will be looking for a new doctor at a different practice soon."

"Was able to get an appointment the same week I called. Doctor was helpful. Had to get blood work and the nurse, Tasha was GREAT. She knew I was nervous with needles and made me feel comfortable. I felt ZERO pinch when she drew my blood. I will definitely request her the next time I need blood work done. Thank you!"
