"The hidden gem of Chester County!!! Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Chef John (owner) and Chef Jen really outdo themselves from the house made broccoli cheddar soup to the perfectly cooked burgers and more!! You will not be disappointed. When you visit ask for Jeana, she is such an amazing chic and an instant friend. Be sure to come on a Saturday night when they have a live band. Scrumdiddlyumptious food, amazing staff, and fantastic atmosphere! Side note… my boyfriend and I have been here twice and on both occasions Chef Jen and Chef John came to our table to make sure our food was prepared to our liking. "Just 5 mins from our house in west Bradford is Righteous Tap house. My roommates and I decided it was long overdue to check out this restaurant. The interior is very much a bar with some booths and long tables. Everyone from the neighborhood was here. Despite a little bit of a wait for a bigger table, our waitress was very friendly. She explained the specials and we were immediately excited. Everything is made from scratch. We started with drinks and our waitress was very timely with everything. The live band was getting started and it was very nice to have live entertainment while starting our dining experience. The group ordered a couple starters. Starting with the cheesesteak egg rolls, which were fried perfectly crispy. The fries were nice as well. The star of the show was the spicy ketchup! It was very addicting. The righteous wings were fried flawlessly. Someone ordered a French onion soup and a side salad. The soup was so good with a thick layer of cheese on top. The caprese sandwich and the BLT sandwich were very good. The tempura battered fish sandwich was also delicious! We ordered a couple specials that were recommended. One of those being a steak with a baked potato and asparagus. The steak was cooked medium rare and seasoned nicely. We also tried the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes, a bit oily but it can not be helped with that cut. Otherwise it was so delicious. For dessert we had to try the apple cider donut bread pudding, the cherry topper to the whole experience. I can not wait to return!"
