"I was due my annual in December of 2021. I’ve literally been calling trying to get in since November 2021. Every single time I call I get the same response, “he’s booked up and we don’t have his availability l, call back in the middle of next month” I am furious, and this is totally unacceptable. Last month when I called I asked the receptionist to please have the dr call me, having a risk of cervical cancer that has to be screened yearly makes me anxious when I can’t get in to have it checked. This office is HIGHLY unacceptable. I’ve been a patient of Dr Harley’s for 10+ years. Nonetheless my nexplanon needs to be replaced every 3 years, the woman on the phone told me they’re good for 5-7 years, we’ll that’s news to me. Save yourself the frustration ladies and find an office that has your card as their main priority, I have no idea how people even get appointments here anymore."
