"So I pawned a rifle here and was 4 days late to go pick it up... I went in to pick up another item and saw that they had put the rifle on the floor to be sold which is to be expected however when I tried to buy back the item at the price they listed $169 they refused to sell it back to me unless I paid $60 MORE than what they had the item in sale for! They blamed their software for it saying that it was because I was the person who pawned it. They lost a good customer who has probably given them at least a grand of profit over the last year and ai will never be back."

"Horrible customer service. I called because i had a question and the guy act like he didn't even care and when I asked him another question he hung up the phone. I haven't even been to this place yet and i know for sure I will never go in there until they get some people who has common sense working there. Be happy because that 1 star was me being nice."
