"Very bad service they don’t know how to value jewelry correctly . They only wanted to pay me for the gold and not the diamonds on a ring on brought in and they are real diamonds approximately A carat . They told me “ go to a jewelry so they can take the diamonds out and give you money for them “ the lady was rude and didn’t know what she was talking about. They discriminate against military members by not allowing them to pawn stuff for some reason yet they are next to a military base . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE waste of time. I went to a different pawn shop that was able to help me out the right way and they were more knowledgeable."

"Staff has been nothing but extremely friendly and more than fair with prices. The only down fall is how payments are done. You either make your monthly charge and fee payment and nothing goes to principle. ( you can’t pay more than what the charge/fee are) or you pay the entire pawn off and take your possessions with you. And the prices they quote you for your items are computer generated not just a number off the top of their head. I’ve used all the other shops at one time or another and after seeing the fairness and kindness and understanding of the staff. I have to say they are my first choice"
