"Dr Snyder is absolutely fantastic! Experienced, calm, friendly, knowledgeable but still with warm approach. My exam was painless for the 1st time in my life!"
"The office staff was lovely. I had some trouble completing my paperwork online and ultimately, had to come early to fill it out in person but they were courteous and accommodating both over the phone and in person. This was my first time at that practice and with Dr. Abed. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. I came for an annual exam and IUD removal. I always get nervous about the removal because it does feel like a sharp pain but Dr. Abed was so quick. I only had some cramping that lasted 5 minutes after. I'm really satisfied with this provider and the office staff. They both made me feel comfortable and were very attentive. I will definitely be back. Thank you!"
"Dr. Levav takes a holistic approach with patient care. Every year she thoroughly assesses any typical female health issues I may be experiencing and treats them as needed. She also takes interest in how the different systems in my body are functioning and, if necessary, respectfully encourages me to address health issues I may have denied or ignored. She respects my opinions, listens carefully, and invites me to participate in decision-making. Another plus is the office staff and medical assistants: they are professional, courteous, competent and friendly."
"Dr Levav is the rare doctor who takes time to listen, ask questions, explain procedures and issues thoroughly. She’s caring, very knowledgeable, respectful and professional, all doubly important in a gynecologist. She or her PA return calls promptly.and the front desk is great. She’s created a great practice, I always leave feeling fortunate to be in such good hands."
"I am deeply disappointed with the current state of my ongoing medical treatment at this clinic. Despite being a patient since 2020, my recent experience has left much to be desired. It is disheartening to recount that the receptionist, who had braids, displayed a discourteous attitude during my visit today. Furthermore, my usual doctor, whom I have seen for years, now only works part-time. In contrast, the new doctor I encountered seemed unfamiliar with my medical history, as there was no comprehensive review prior to our consultation. My purpose in visiting was for my annual exam and to discuss specific health concerns. Regrettably, the doctor failed to acknowledge these concerns, repeatedly asserting that she was not my assigned physician and suggesting I follow up with my original doctor. The absence of an assigned doctor notwithstanding, I believe that when a patient schedules an appointment, it is expected that the attending physician assess and address their medical needs. This fundamental principle seems to have been overlooked during my recent visit. This experience resonates deeply, especially as an African-American woman, given the existing health disparities that persist. Consequently, I am left with a sense of dissatisfaction and I am contemplating switching to an alternative medical practice. For those who prioritize high-quality, patient-centered care, I encourage you to explore other options. This recommendation holds true, particularly for individuals seeking an experience with a physician like Dr. Sozdar Abed."
