"I purchased a laptop from The Buy and Sell Outlet, when I got it home I realized the battery did not work and the laptop had to be plugged in in order for it to work, I returned to the store spoke with the owner about the situation and with no hesitation he ordered me a new battery and called when it came in! Very happy with the service I received. Most shops of this kind would have never replaced the part especially with no fee.
