"I got the hot chocolate and I had to inform them the chocolate was out due to it tasting like water. Then the croissant Sandwiches were so hard that we had had to peel the outer part of the sandwich off. The coffee was good with the exception of it having too much ice. The one good thing was that the cashier was extremely pleasant, her name was Julie. Ever the blueberry donut was only glazed in one side. They need to get better!"
