"The food wasn’t all the way cooked and I asked for a caramel ice coffee and got a regular one. I was the only person in store so how you get my order mess up. But this is the second time and today I’m beyond pist! They are freaking triflin..:"

"I absolutely love my Dunkin. I refuse to go to the Dunkin on Delsea Drive near Sherman Ave. Those girls burn you by handing cups of hot coffee out the window with lids not fastened and then threaten and blame you for it. Chestnut Dunkin staff is ALWAYS friendly. Their service is excellent. The food and drinks are accurate and made well. I appreciate them so much and make a point to let them know-! Good customer service that includes a hello, thank you and a you're welcome still matters greatly to many of us out here."

"Really bad service if they going to bring anybody knew they had to make sure these people are able to deal with any type of situation without giving a bad customer service today. I have a really bad experience with a young guy that was not understanding my questions and the directions by his bus and he Nash the bag of donuts from me because he didn’t want to put more donuts in another bag, and then he threw them back to me with no respect I understand that we’re humans and make mistakes but for these type of jobs you have do you have some patience with your customers I will never go again to this facility because is not the first time that the employees treat me wrong and give me a bad service. also, the coffee cups be having flies on it and the donuts and that it is not sanitary"
