"Honestly super disappointed in the service here. I understand it can get busy, but when I showed up this morning It was pretty empty with only 4 other people in the cafe who already had their food/coffee. The cashier was very nice, but her coworkers were not. The one coworker cut me off mid order to swipe someone else’s card, which is fine, but I got no explanation as to why I had to reorder and why someone behind me got to order before me. Then I repeated the order (hot tea, egg and cheese sandwich), and another coworker was super confused that I wanted food. I told her what I wanted and she said there were 50 people ahead of me so it would be a long wait. At that point i’ve been ordering for over 10 minutes so I decided to leave, and the coworker that told me about the wait made a smart remark about me choosing to leave. I understand people ordered online before me, what I don’t understand is prioritizing those orders over in person orders when it was nowhere near busy. Better luck going to Einsteins in the engineering building, nicer employees and much better customer service."
