"Not a good value when comparing portion size to price. Purchased double protein bowls and was very disappointed."
"Not store: Online/Phone The WORST customer service experience I've ever had, EVER, with a company. Online AND over the phone, zero connectivity to a real person for any issues at all. No, I don't want to speak with Pepper. No, I don't want to do your automated messages... Just connect me, Jesus."
"This Chipotle. My god, this Chipotle. The mechanics of this Chipotle evade me. I don’t understand it. Every single time, without fail, this one specific Chipotle will be out of an ingredient— usually more. If you come in after 5 o’clock, it’s basically guaranteed that they do not have something you want. Even if they DO have it, sometimes they won’t even GIVE it to you. You’ll see it behind the counter, and they’ll say it’s reserved for online orders. You say “well, geez, okay,” and you order it online instead. THEN they ask you to come inside, and STILL won’t give it to you. Never in my life have I been to a restaurant where they have something, and just. Won’t let you pay for it. It’s baffling. Did I make them mad? Do they want it for themselves? Is it really that important? Except that’s not even the worst part. The fact that this Chipotle does not give you food, in an industry with the sole purpose of giving people food, is somehow—SOMEHOW— not the worst part. No, the worst part is they won’t TELL you when they’re out of something. Not until you can see it for yourself. And now you are halfway down their infernal food line, your burrito a third of the way prepared, when they hit you with the fact that they’re out of the 5 other ingredients you wanted. You can’t just say “oh, screw it, no more burrito for me, then.” That’s wasteful. You already spent gas driving here. You cannot back out of this wicked relationship, not anymore. And that’s when you ask yourself: why am I being burrito trapped in this Chipotle? Did I slight their burrito gods in some unforgivable capacity? Did I enrage their staff with my meager existence? You are in awe. You are saddened. You are still hungry. You pay for your food with the taste of defeat, rather than the taste of queso, because they didn’t feel like giving you queso that day. Now, honestly, I’m usually pretty forgiving with this sort of stuff. I know it doesn’t sound like it, but I am. I don’t care if you’re slow on the job. I don’t care if you make a billing mistake. Nobody LIKES a fast food job, I really do get that. But this Chipotle— this specific Delsea Drive anomaly— is next level. I cannot comprehend which statute in the renowned Chipotle constitution compels its workers to act this way. I do not know what I’ve done wrong. (Please ask your corporate bigwigs for more food deliveries.)"
"Literally horrible here. I ordered a bowl that cost close to $20 through the chipotlane and when I got home the bowl had the wrong kind of meat and rice in It only. It was also freezing cold. To make up for It all they gave me was a free BOGO to use for the next 30 days. Extremely annoyed."
"Chipotle in Collegetown shopping center in Glassboro is the worst Chipotle in the area. This was my 3rd & final time. Every time I go there, they are out of something!!!! Last time it was Queso Blanco, the time before that they were out of brown rice, this time they had NO fajitas veggies!!! And that was 12:30 in the afternoon! They were not even open for 2 hours yet!! But they did have hard uncooked rice!!! I deleted the app & I will NOT return!!!! I don't recommend going to this Chipotle location!!Worst experiences every time!!!"
