"They sold my account to Westlake financial I thought this business was closed that's why I was switched to another car company which was horrible they towed my car for 655$ then charged me for the repo"
"Absolutely the worst financing company out there. I’ve had a car loan with them for over two years I’ve never been late my car payment is $125 a month. You can never get anybody on the phone I tried to pay payment in February. Left 2 voicemails. In March I tried contacting them - same thing. This time I also sent an email. Then I get an email from them in April. They never processed my car payment. It was 45 days past due. I dropped my credit score 71 points. They sold the loan off before all of this and didn’t let me know until last month. You got a finance anything a car etc. do not go with this company they’re horrible."
"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank period. Renee the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. The Manager Chris took two days and two messages before I received a call back. Watch out for the scams of this bank. I made my first payment through the automated phone system entered my account number and routing number and received a confirmation of my payment on 11/5/2109. On 11/12 I received a message from Renee saying it was imperative I give a call back. I immediately called back only to be reprimanded by her saying “your check bounced you had insignificant funds”. I explained to her twice before she looked forward that I did not pay by check. I asked to speak to the manager she told me he wasn’t available and I could leave a message. I asked her if I could ask her one more question, her response was you can talk to the manager from now on. The manager called me back finally, explaining to me that the automated system missed a digit from my account number so I was being charged an additional $20 fee on top of my payment. I explained to him that I DID NOT miss a digit in either my account or routing number. He then told me that there was nothing he could do about this charge. I paid the $20 fee even though I knew fully my information was given correctly and on time. I hope people will read all the terrible reviews on this bank before using them. I know if I had seen all the awful reviews ahead of time I would have steered clear of this dishonest fraudulent bank. If Holman Ford suggests you finance through this bank RUN!"
"This is my first review ever, but I have to do this. My advise, Even though you don't have a good credit to buy a car, if the dealership shows you this company as the one of the companies who accepted to provide you a car loan, STAY AWAY FROM THEM because they will only set you up. This is the worst loan company I have ever seen in this country. They are not professionals and they talk over you like you are not a client. I called this company because they made a mistake charging me over $3,000 more on my car loan because they had a false report that I did not have coverage on my car. I called them several time; put them in contact with my insurer, and still got bad service. One, they don't pick up when you call; and when they do the only answer I got from them is "sorry we can't do anything; our insurance company is the one handling this." WHAT IS THAT? So I got their insurer number because I wanted them to correct the information they provided. Once they saw it was an error coming from them, they will say "ok it will take up to 10 business day for this charge to come off your balance." 1 month later it's still there, so I called them again and they told me the same fake promise. This is unbelievable. I need to have this off my account because they reflected it on my balance and it's like I did not pay my full amount due every time and they keep sending me notices. I don't know how they're still in business"
"Update: I had to take a star away because I paid this loan off in March and it took them 2 months to stop asking for payments and send the paid notice. I got a car loan through Steward. They gave me the best interest rate of the offers I received they have a 10-day grace period with no penalty. When I wasn't able to make a payment they even let me put it off for a couple of months, I just had to pay like $30 extra. I'm not sure what they've done to other people that made their rating so low but I had a good experience with them. I recently traded in that vehicle and paid off that loan early, and didn't have any problems."
