I am impressed by the change in the service. Honestly my latte was never made this good at this location before. I even had to complain about this place two years back. "Stopped in on 8/22/2023 and purchased a xlg coffee and two boston creams at close to closing time and looked at my banking account and seen they charged me$35.81 for it, the guy who took my order is there in the morning also,he doesn't listen very good ! Had my order all screwed up.."

"This Dunkin is the absolute worst. The customer service is horrible. My family and I stopped by for coffee and a doughnut, and they were so rude that we walked out. The employees were too bothered chatting and playing on their phones to wait on us. They really should be fired. Plus, the location was dirty, and they were out of doughnuts!, yes, Dunkin doughnuts was out of doughnuts!!! There are 2 other Dunkins that are less than 5 minutes away, we will NEVER return to this location again."
