Can’t get anyone to answer the phone to Make Appointment after More than 15 calls Go there someone comes to The Door explained what has been going on with their phone that I am constantly sent through the loop when trying to make an appointment for over a half hour. That no one at their office was answering the phone. Told I have to make an appointment. Told them what has been going on. There was no one in the establishment or parking lot. Told them I only need to make a deposit. Refuse to service me. There is a thing called reasonable accommodations."

"I was disappointed when I was caught in traffic just out of work going as fast as I could to make it before 6 and I got there at 5:58 and I knocked and the lady at the front door shook her head at me saying no we’re closed. I proceeded to beg the lady to let me in but she then walked away. I understand that people want to leave work but I just needed to take money out and for her to not let me in since it’s technically before 6 is rude and unprofessional. I am angry at dexsta on not being there for me on my only free time in between my job."
