Select Auto Protect

"I have constantly had issues with Jon regarding my same vehicle. He assumes what is wrong or correct and he is mostly wrong. I am elderly and he asks for invoices and then determines why recommendations were not done. The place where the vehicle was purchased does not accept select auto protect. I should have cancelled them two years ago. I paid the complete package in full three years ago. He is to be reported again and again."
