"I used mutual Benefit several years ago for personal and a business i owned. I had 2 claims for different reasons. Both were handled great. I again have Mutual Benefit for a different business i currently own. My old(er) age and grey hair have taught me to take online reviews with a grain of salt, and ask what would Mutual Benefit say if they were legally allowed to. Why are victims on here complaining about their payment ? Answer: Because the victim has cut rate insurance that fails to represent them. Mutual Benefit always cared for me as a client. Before you give MB a bad review, why don't you ask why your insurance failed to represent you ???"

"I am currently dealing with mutual benefit. Their client totalled my car and what they are offering isn't enough to buy a junk car. They suggested I contact my insurance company to have them compensate me. Um no , my insurance didn't cause the accident. Also like everyone elses comments about their attitude and being rude is spot on. I'm the victim. I didn't ask your client to ruin my life but I'm seeking the compensation. I will be filing with everyone I can, BBB, attorney general , anyone possible."

"Dawn the lady who called me after their client totalled my car was rude. I was hit by a person who has this insurance and had a terrible experience having to deal with this company. Very rude. Taylor is also incredibly rude. If you have to deal with these morons make sure you have a lot of time. 0/10 avoid at all costs. Low IQ workers"
