"I had gotten into an accident and taken my vehicle to Bertera becuse my husband had purchased a truck from their Chevy dealership and had a great experience. I had a lot of work that needed to get done and the mechanics here did such a great job that I can't even tell I had been in an accident! I had a specific package on my vehicle which made it very difficult to find parts, but Phil did a fantastic job and was persistent in getting a match and it is greatly appreciated! Phil was great throughout the entire experience and kept me up to date weekly on how things were progressing. "Second time I've used this place they were good first time nice work finished when they said they would and then I paid them. This time I paid them up front because I they did good first time now I wish I hadn't I got the " we found more damages" line it wasnt a major fix in the first place 5 to 7 days is now 2 weeks. Hopefully I don't need to do anymore body work but if I do i will probably go elsewhere."
