"Unfortunately this location went downhill after it's acquisition by Monroe. I purchased two front tires. My driver's side front tire was not put on correctly according to my mechanic at Red and Fred's in West Springfield. The whole thing was loose and that happened driving on the highway. Yes, I am calling corporate headquarters due my life having been put in potential jeopardy due to sloppy work. My Father Peter Slate used to patronize Tire Warehouse for years. Sad when quality work is sacrificed for corporate profits."

"Had a nail in front tire. It was a Sunday most tire stores were closed .townfair was closed and Firestone is a total rip off. I hadn't been to tire warehouse house in years after a bad experience there. I felt I didn't have a choice so I went back .I got there around 5 of 9 .I didn't get his name but I think he was the manager I didn't get his name. He said it would be about a 2 hour wait or come back later .I told him I couldn't because I came from Westfield and didn't think I could make it back . He told me hang on came out and plugged it .I thanked him over and over .he said it's my job to keep customers happy . With everything that is going on with finding good help this guy stood head and should above the rest and should be rewarded. If I didn't mention this was the west Springfield mass store I will be back and recommend to everyone"

"Excellent service!!! Made an appointment the day before they had my tire ready!! Highly recommend if you need a replacement tire all 4 tire’s definitely my go to place for service. The mgr was very courteous and knowledgeable. Ask for the man from Iceland he was great!!!"
